Noa my daughter is all into DIY arts and crafts. She is so into it that she started selling her work. Yesterday, she made her first sale – 2 necklaces with handwritten rice pendants to a girl. The deal was 2 for 50 NIS, while her list price was 30 NIS per one. She cut the deal and provided a discount. Then she set down to prepare the product making sure every aspect of it is perfect. She even prepared a special branded package “Favorite by NOA”, just to make sure that her customer is happy. She arranged for a time of delivery (ahead of schedule) and went over to deliver the goods herself. She got the money on the spot and got back home with the money happier than ever. After delivering, she sent a message to the other girl making sure she is happy. She replied “Very much”.
With the excitement she turned to me “Dad, I want to sell more!”
